Kip Herriage, Are You Serious About Building Great Wealth?

Of the thousands upon thousands of books that have been written on the subject of achieving financial freedom and building lasting wealth (and I have read more than my fair share of them), maybe 10% are actually written by those that have been there, done that. We’ve all read the quote,

“Those that can, do….and those that can’t, teach,”

and while I’ve had some very good professors in my life, the only people that have really helped me to achieve real financial success have been those that have actually done it for themselves. There is simply no replacement for the school of hard knocks.

To a large degree, I think this is why I’ve always been such a big believer in the all time best-selling business classic Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Hill’s story is an amazing one, and his book should be a required reading in every high school and university the world over. I encourage everyone reading this to buy his book today (if you don’t already own it) and to visit the Napoleon Hill Foundation web site at www.naphill.org, where you can find out more about Hill’s life story and sign up for free newsletters and daily emails.

I’m not going to ruin the book for newbies, but I will say that there is a secret shared throughout the book that is responsible for creating untold millionaires. In fact, this one book has helped to create more millionaires than all other business books written combined!

Without stating specifically what the secret is, I will say this: Within each of us lie the basic building blocks, tools, and above all else, the potential to become incredibly wealthy. The very unique ingredient about the acquisition of money is that it doesn’t favor one person over another. Think about this statement for a moment. Money is nothing more than an esoteric commodity that flows freely to anyone that demands it in their life. The key phrase in this sentence is “demands it,” because folks, that’s simply the way that it works. In next month’s newsletter, I will share the specifics on building great wealth, but it will really only mean something if you first read the book. Until next time…Think and Grow Rich!
